Beef Stroganoff

/
You'll need (2 portions) ::
80gr mini potatoes halved
olive oil
350gr rump steak cut into strips
25gr butter
1 onion finely chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp groud paprika
80gr mushrooms quartered
1 green pepper roughly chopped
1 tbsp flour
200ml water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp worcester sauce 
100 ml sour cream
a handful of parsley finely chopped

How to ::
1. Cook the potatoes for 15mins. drain and put aside
2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat
3. Stir-fry the steak until golden brown. Remove and put aside
4. Heat the butter in the same frying pan 
5. Stir in the onion, garlic, paprika and potatoes
6. Add the mushrooms, pepper, flour and cook until the mushrooms are soft 
7. Add the water, lemon juice, worcester sauce and bring to boil
8. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste
9. Return the meat to the frying pan, add the sour cream and simmer untilthe meat is fully cooked
