Serano with strawberry jam

/
You'll need :: 
Jam
500gr strawberries
500gr sugar
Serano
550gr couverture chocolate
250gr warm milk
500gr whipped cream
1 slice (approx. 1cm thick) cocoa cake base

How to :: 
Jam 
Add the strawberries and sugar in a pot over heat and let them boil till the jam is ready (easy huh?)
Serano
Melt the couverture over a bain marie. When the chocolate is melted add to it the warm milk and whisk till fully combined. In a big bowl add the whipped cream and slowly add the chocolate mixture, mixing softly and gently. Put the slice of cocoa cake in a baking form, pour into the jam and then the serano mix. Freeze it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
