You 'll need ::
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
rosemary
How to ::
Preheat the oven to 190C and line a muffin tin with muffin cases.
Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl stir together the oil and sugar and whisk till fully combined. Do the same fot the milk, cornmeal and eggs. Then add the oil mix to the third one, and the combined mix to the flour one. Mix till completely incororated. Add some rosemary, finely chopped to the mix. Spoon the batter into the paper cases, so that the are two-thirds full. Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 min.
