Omelette *

After a full day of swimming and sunbathing there's nothing that can cure hunger better than eggs! This is my modest in calories, filled with flavors very very simple omelette!


You'll need, for two servings::
a drizzle of olive oil
1 red onion, large
2 cups cherry tomatoes
4 slices of smoked turkey
4 eggs 
parsley
salt, pepper freshly ground


How to::
Drizzle olive oil on a hot frying pan, add chopped onions and cherry tomatoes and let them cook and slightly brown. Add the eggs, beaten, and the smoked turkey in slices. At this point ground pepper and salt, as well as add the parsley, finely cut. Wait till the omelette is done on the bottom side, then toss it over so it can cook for another minute on the other side as well. Remove and serve with green salad and soft goat cheese!
